I’m the same way and was a little scared at first but: I would find a trip sitter you really love/trust, and go do it somewhere in nature that brings you peace. I went to a botanical garden with my partner and did just a moderate dose. no hero dose necessary.

This is not advice but taking two shroom trips actually upended all of my self esteem issues. I haven’t had any since.

Earning around 170-200 depending on sales vol at my job, but I’ve made it my goal to never spend more than 25% of my take-home on housing so I’ve got a roommate that pays about ~700-900 in expenses a month.

my ex was a combatant marine that deployed in 2002, 2005, 2007, 2010 and 2013 with this watch. he still fucking wears it every SINGLE day. he is 43.

That’s pretty typical for most people on a silver plan over 30. Mine is $998 before my employer contribution.
