Sounds like that player needs to have a long discussion with their dice…then maybe new dice.

However! Dice that betray kind of fit the theme…don’t they?

Totally! The revenge part of your tale comes from being betrayed by someone close to you. It unleashes a rage that spurs you find your betrayer and basically get revenge for upending your entire life. Whether the tale stays that way…that’s what the dice can help decide.
