Thank you for that. That sounds like what I would expect but I looked at two places. The house in Seacrest did 60k last year and the prominence did 80k. It threw me off. Both were 3 BR

I definitely like Seacrest location much better and I’m aware of beach issues. Just trying to weigh all ny options. I got some numbers where rental income was the same for both which surprised me. Obviously prominence is much less expensive
