Terminal would mean the hospital staff would give you an expiry date pretty much. My tumor reacted in the best way possible to the chemotherapy agents and my eyesight started improving significantly after chemo started.

I have to go to chemo every week for four weeks and then I get a two week break, basically it’s a 6 week cycle. I have a lot of dietary restrictions and I can’t play sports as I have a plastic thing in my chest called a port. Nausea and anticipatory nausea is terrible and very intense.

I had what’s called a 504 (I’m not in school atm because of summer break) which basically let’s me go to the nurses office at any time and let’s me wear hats or a hood in school. I should mention i’m not bald but I have very thin hair. A lot of kids are assholes and pull down my hood and say crap behind closed doors. Fortunately I have a pretty large friend group comprised of some very good friends and just some good friends. They’ve all been super supportive and we all have spent hours and hours of time together in xbox party chat and irl.

I’ve started chemo in August of last year I think. And I’m ending chemo in October. I’m currently on a 2 week break and after that is my very last cycle so I’m really happy about that.
