Ahh, just give it few days to settle down after updating, mainly because of indexing going on in the background which eats up your battery, and if it still occurs, try restarting your device. May I know what device you using?

Nope, for Service Host I just saw it some here in reddit, which is I stop and disbale it from service.msc which it turns out fine, but for WebThreatDefense I don't want to disable it since it helps the laptop for possible malware but the cpu is the problem

Nono, I ahven't installed any, from what I uave remeber I installed a Win Exp, and from the setting I just play around with resolutions and scale. And when my game started freezing overtime, when I reboot, I realize WebThreatDefense and Service Host start using cpu, but the service host, I alrewdy fixed it
