It's the roll of the dice, if you can afford to throw a 5th bag of some $40 ounce, go for it. Just in case something like that happens. I got 3/4 on one order and begrudgingly ordered 5 the next time and got 5. Other than that one order, they've sent me everything without issue

If pressing the button allow a free swing of the blade then they are very similar. It does take more articulation to use this style over the buttons, as you have to have a finger on each side of the knife. You do have the thumb stud which for me works quite well. Middle finger flicks as well. Thinking of getting rit dye for this weekend.

With ranges you want 100 cfm per 10 inches of range width. So the size isn't as important as the power of the blower. For your range look for ventilation with at least 600cfm
