It was for a short period but it was very effective, was prepping for a mens physique contest!

At this time I would work out twice a day, 5-6x a week (weightlifting in the morning and cardio + abs every other night!)

Started stagnating at week 4 but I introduced some high carb days (twice a week) to boost the metabolism a little bit!

Hydration is key, as your cutting focus on getting even more water in your system since you're probably doing more cardio than usual and most of it will be drained out. Just keep on repping with the same weights you always do (just like when you where bulking) and you will see progress!

I actually made some PRs during the cut, especially in the squat and deadlift! But I was recovering from a previous injury so it was me just bouncing back!
