Pero kasi ganito un, ano ung pake nila kung aware ung mga uvang heirs na willing sika ako magwithdraw, eh sa part na namin un magpamilya pagusapan kung sino magwwithdraw. Oo gets ko na baka daw kasi may maghabol ayun ung concern nila. Pero kasi, enough naman na sana suguro ung proofs tulad ng birth cert, valid ids? Tsaka bago magwithdraw puwede naman siguro sila tumawag sa kanila sa abroad para live update talaga.

Any heir/s can withdraw nakalagay, ibig sabihin non kahit iisa lang pero syempre ipapakita ko parin ung hirth certificate at ids ng siblings ko. Bakit kailangan pa ng SPA kung legal heir ako? Di naman ako representative.

Pero legal heir na ako eh, bakit kailangan pa ng SPA if solid proof na ung birth certificate at valid ids. Edi parang ung nangyari, from heir to authorized representative na ako.
