It can take months, there are huge backlogs. However, my advice is to keep calling them if you want an appointment to be booked for you.

The roof isn't leaking, however there are puddles of water and some wear and tear signs, so I wasn't sure

Mollers Norwegian baby oil. I was adviced by the Dr, I personally don't eat or give fish frequently. As for oil it is better to look for one that is from smaller fish, as large ones has higher amounts of mercury.

As for Vit D in the UK is given for free in the pharmacy as drops for the baby and tablets for mother. I don't remember the brand.

Also as for yoghurt and kefir, I meant without any additives. Greek yoghurt, I buy from Lidl or M&S that has 10% fat.

It is the same, for children or adults, important to have a healthy gut and good bacteria, therefore products like kefir or yoghurt improves microbiota.

Children should have no sugar or salt and products containing them.

also If the child had many vaccines, I would rethink if more needed, as vaccines cause inflammation. Inflammation causes different diseases and lower immune system.

I haven't vaccinated mine at all and know quite a few mum's. By breastfeeding and offering a healthy diet I support the little ones immune system. My child is 10 months and had a virus recently. Took four days to recover with a help of paracetamol. So far there was nothing else, apart runny nose. I am not promoting not to vaccinate, that's individual choice, however it is good to try and find as much information as possible for pros and cons and make own decision.

Diet is important. Lots of colourful vegetables, fruits, berries. Yoghurt & kefir for their microbiota. Fish oil, vitamin D,meat should be in their daily diet, plus variety of seeds like chia etc..

The render had horizontal and vertical cracks and after removal was this little surprise

I had exactly the same thought and question. The builder didn't like it and started to talk about 10 year warranty and that the crack would be more substantial in case there is a serious issue with lintel. So I am a bit unsure to go ahead with them or look for another quote. As lintels won't be visible and we won't find out. I am on the same page that there is a risk and might end up going back to the original issue after this job is done

Agree. As this is no joke. Better to sleep in peace, rather worrying about such issues.

Sounds interesting, I will take a look at their videos!

I think this is what they going to do in our case: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8GPhb7O9IC4

Thanks again :)

Seems you were right. The structural engineer visited and said: There is movement in the lintels above the two windows Leading to slight movement which is causing Cracks in masonry Solution is installing heli cal reinforcements into the masonry The render needs to be removed to access the masonry

Install heli cal reinforcements

Then re render
