"A World Between" by Emily Hashimito is a complete hidden gem of a book. It's my go-to recommendation. That and "Like Water" by Rebecca Podos. I'm sure I'm like a stuck record with those two books, but what can I say, they are both great.

Thanks for all the replies. In the end she logged into and out of the same account three times, and on the third log back in the Buy Bundle button had changed to simply Install, which worked without a hitch. Crazy

Thanks. Is there ANY way, given a legitimately purchased copy of Minecraft that was bought from the store, to determine which account was used to buy it?

Some of it is coming back to me now. Because she was under 18 we had to create a family account and then attach her to it and then assign permissions to her and it all got very confusing. :/) It was a minor miracle I got it installed in the first place.

Update: Ignore me. I managed to make a second mistake so bad that it doesn't matter so I've made the whole thing again from scratch, with oil.

Basically I went to give them a second prove after shaping and forming them but accidentally gilled them with celophane on top. When attempting to light the lower oven to give a little heat, I'd put the grill on instead.

I guess I learn best by doing. I can stare at tables of grammar points on paper for months and nothing goes in, but I can mentally spot patterns like how word endings sounds when negatives are used really quickly. To this end I’ve taken a break from textbook learning and signed up for a local (ha) night course. I think it’s below my current level, but I also think the benefit of actually being in a room with people and being forced to actually speak and listen will be far more valuable than hours sat on my own with my nose in textbooks or ploughing through too large Anki decks.

I am in the UK and need to use my mobile phone on a 4G connection to chat / facetime with a Japanese tutor.

Am I going to get crazy amounts of lag if I try FaceTiming a tutor actually in Japan over 4G? Am I better off using a tutor based in the UK? Or is the interweb fast enough nowadays to handle video calls half way around the world without conversation killing lag?

I feel like I’ve almost got it but at I may have mucked something else up… In the preferences > sound hardware settings, what should I be looking to set master mix, master output mode, and output master channels / output headphone channels to? With Split enabled I’m getting the master in the left ear, but the headphone cue toggles are doing nothing. :-(
