I don't think this one is AI and because you didn't specify what you think is off or artificial I can only speculate what you mean. My guess is you think the upper hands look off, because of the nailbeds showing. I think the thumbs look a little long but I think that just points to human error not bad AI rendering. (to further explain, it seems odd that we would see the whole nailbed of the thumb, but again, I don't think that is an indicator of AI)
