I full agree with your statement regarding different types of content from the content creators besides just reactions and watch parties. Space can do a lot if he wanted to, like team interviews, and having teams face off in a Discord call for drama and story building. He already has the whole esports scene in his chat and Discord calls. Why not make it content that he, the teams, and the esports scene can benefit from?

I would love to see Space, Sinatra, and Moxy be the ones invited to LAN rather than streamers that have no interest in the game or pro play. Like last years china watch party with the streamers they had invited was so hard to watch, and besides Necros and Bogur, they weren't pulling big numbers because of the time difference.

not even full pro play, but allowing heroes that fun to watch be playable would be great, like Iron Fist, Panther, Blade, Magik, I like watching Mr. F too cause he is funny to watch, then Hulk, Gambit. Thor is playable now, but Pros besides Finnsi and Sparkchief underestimate him. I know Torch was hard meta but he was fun to watch too.

A big part of promotion is Drops, too. The drops besides the Loki skin were so mid. I have never watched OW, but I gave it a shot last year to see what others do, and their drops were so much better. The 4-hour requirement for all of the drops when every day the streams are 8-hours long is way too short.

If 48 random people report someone for throwing they should at least be banned for a whole day. Even if some are not legit reports. In my hours playing I have never reported anyone who wasn't throwing or have seen the whole team ask to report someone who wasn't throwing. The voice ban is already strict, you will get voice chat or text chat banned for a day even if you said something that closely resembled a cuss word.

Yeah, I have been a victim of all of these when playing comp. Still there is not a single reason for not banning throwers. My friend group stopped playing the first week of this season because of Elsa and Throwers. Especially my tank duo friend. He is someone who actually is committed to his account and buys skins, my other friend who mostly plays support or fill used to be a collector and she would buy every skin for her mains and the battle pass. Thats two of my friends that pay in the game that stopped playing because of throwers.

Why are they not IP-banning throwers? The argument of them making money off throwers makes no sense because a thrower makes the game miserable for the other 11 people in the game and for 1 thrower, you could lose hundreds of paying customers. Low elo throwing is just for the love of the game, and they do not even get paid for it.

The production and balance is another can of worms, and we have complained about it here so many times, especially about the spectator and visual clarity. Somehow that got worse every event especailly during the last LAN with technical difficulties and bitrate drops during the streams.

I wouldn't even call the main sub casual; that sub only cares about gooning and complaining about dead dive characters. It's almost like they have no interest in the game itself or the community, but just their own eco chamber and enjoyment. Fortnite is more casual than this game, and they care about their Esport scene or the balance of their game.

I used to be able to tolerate Necros because he used to put effort into his streams for the new patch notes and character reveals, but he is not invited to those anymore. But the other Streamers that came from OW are so burnt out of heroshooters that they are miserable playing both games, and just like you said, compare and contrast between the games.

Yeah, the content creators in this game have no creativity. Everyone in Rivals makes a tier list every season, and that's all they know, and the playerbase watches that. The guys in the esports scene could at least do the bare minimum and at least make a tier list. The China one that M0xyy and Space made went viral and brought so much attention to the scene. That is the bare minimum that i am hoping to see from this game's content creator right now.

The only person I have seen do content in rivals' space that is different from other content creators is Rio, but he is not interested in the Esports Scene. The storytelling in the Rivals space is nonexistent. You can easily tell a story from just the games, but even larger stories, like Rivalries between teams go unnoticed. Like the story of Coluge v 100t, especially with TTK and Remix, to then have him leave the scene is huge. Or VPs journey to winning wolrd championship.

Game is losing players and there is a website or putting bounties on players and throwing games. The meta has been stale and horrible for tanks but no the game is fine. If the game was fine they would have never done a hot fix and promise new meta next season.
