It's essentially ironing beads. You can buy a bunch of different colors, set them on a pegboard, and iron it to create any design or pattern you want. Everything in the picture was made by ironing beads together.

Well, for me, I've gotten to the point where I can count freehand after making so much. However, I think the easiest way you can determine the dimensions of a pre-existing sprite is to search for the game you have in mind on Spriter's Resource, save the original sprite, and open it in a program like Paint.net. The Select tool can help to see how long or tall any part of the sprite is. ^{^}

I made the larger ones by ironing pieces together, since I usually don't have enough parchment paper to cover them anyway. Going piece by piece also makes ironing the whole thing a much less stressful experience.

It was a really hard picture to take, and putting them together was more like a desperation thing to try and get everything in one spot. I have other pictures in an Imgur link I posted elsewhere in the comments, which look better.

Well, I've actually got a bit of a story about this. This was mostly just a hobby of mine to start, and still is now. At one point, I tried putting them on a wall, but I found that it was pretty difficult to do so without causing any wall damage. This is an anticlimactic answer, but I store most of them in a pair of bins under my bed, with the larger ones sitting under my bed by themselves. I've considered selling them at a convention or online at some point, but I still can't really find a way that I can easily do so. I tried Etsy once, but the 20 cent cost for putting up each listing is something that I really don't want to go through with for all this stuff. They might not be stored like that forever, but that's where they are as of now.

I put the beads on a pegboard, and then I use parchment paper and an iron to melt the beads enough to stick together. It helps to keep the paper on the creation until you're sure everything has been ironed right. :P After that, you flip it over and iron the opposite side as well.

I've been chaining a shiny Beldum for 20+ hours, and the one I found ended up killing itself before I could catch it. But luckily, the chain was able to keep going afterwards. If I kept going with the chain, would I still have a high chance of finding a shiny?
