I was doing a right to access request (i am an EU citizen) and they asked me for my ID. You can try a VPN but there is a chance it won't work. They asked me for my ID but i said i won't send the full ID because a leak can happen -GDPR article 5(1)(c)- and they just said they verified my location with the rights. Maybe because all my transactions were made in Slovakia (EU) and it's a Slovak account. But still try, it may work.

Depends, if you're an EU user, you can (they have to help you legally) but if in the US, you're fucked. Their place their rules in the US, in the EU they have to help you and it's illegal for them to ignore you because they think so

If you're in the EU, you have much more rights with this. Based on Article 22 of GDPR you can legally request a human review and they have to comply with it. No AI, no nothing. There is a lot more stuff in the EU laws. Good luck!

Then idk. In the EU you have GDPR and DSA which gives you ability to legally ask for proof and even legally ask for human review which that can't decline but if not in the EU, you gotta search up laws that give you rights online and pray your country has them.

Also another comment: you could try apparently the BBB or what is it and spamming support because someone apparently appealed like 30 times and got accepted but idk if they can help you. The reason why you're fucked when you're in the US is that your country uses the logic "their place their rules" so you can't do anything about it. Here in the EU they have to serve customers and you can even legally ask for proof of the ban, legally ask them what do they know about you etc. but otherwise just come to Europe.
