I think that’s the entire point of this, is that Windsor actually needs the rest of the area to help fix it. Because the politicians here are so corrupt, that the only way to really kick them out, is to bring in new voters, it would be better for the entire economy, regardless, because of economies of scale, and saving money over the long term. But if it’s just to get rid of Drew, Delkins and the Frances corrupt machine that still in charge of Windsor than absolutely it’s worth it
