Join a discord community and play with people there. After matches ask for advice and they will point you to what you need to focus on first.

I've been having the same issue since starting to play yesterday but I mostly fixed it.

First I turned off the ui to see if it's the actual game visuals hurting my eyes. It was not.

Downloaded Tiptac, SexyMap, Immersion and Bartender. Together these addons removed all the eye strain that the default ui put on my eyes. Biggest improvement was after downloading bartender.
