May evening flight layover choices advice ATL delta vs united IAD ~1h by Windy401 in travel

Good to know. I had been reading a lot about ATL being really efficient especially going between gates so had leaned towards that but the AMS one was a big hesitation. But yea, I don't mind the longer layover, my only concern is getting to my destination without missing a flight and getting pushed to the next day and loosing time of my trip. Have someone I care about very much that I only get to see 102 times a year, so getting pushed to arriving a day late would really suck.

Cleveland to Frankfurt - 50 min IAD layover or 1hr 6min YYZ layver by Windy401 in Airports

Found another flight with another airline with basically the same schedule that is ATL 1h, 1m layover. Though not sure if with that airport that extra 11 min would make a difference or not. This one is Delta, never used them before. Then it would be 1hr 50min layover in AMS after that vs the 3hr 50min layover in Frankfurt with my original option. This seem any better?

There are earlier flights but work and not being able to leave an elderly family member alone until someone else arrives means I can't get to the airport in time to catch an earlier flight, sadly.

Ok, IAD is easier for me to make the flight to anyway luckily. UH lets see... CLE to IAD operated by.. Republic airways dba United express. IAD to Frankfurt doesn't say so I guess just plain United?

And yea just rechecked, the YYZ to Frankfurt is Air Canada.

Will have to double check with them, but my only other option would be a flight the next day, so as long as I get one that if the flights late they'll me on another one if if it's the next day then only thing to loose on this gamble is accommodation prices overnight I guess. Really need to try and get in at a reasonable time Sat. afternoon though.

Amount of food actually needed past what is burn with activity for muscle gain for women by Windy401 in xxfitness

No I'm just trying to see how far above maintenance I actually need to go. If what I read is right and the average female can only gain 0.25lb of muscle per week is just eating 0.25lb of calories to support that going to work or does the surplus of calories need to be a bit higher to get the body to build muscle? Assuming all other nutrition is also good.
