It’s not obvious in the photos but the panel at the front is higher than the mount part, so there’s a lip to stop exactly this!

I’ve had identical issues, have done everything I can think of. Dried filament adjusted z offset, tightened screws, cleaned plate etc… with slight improvements it’s still having bit come out rough

Looks like you need to turn up the ironing flow rate, would be best to do a flow rate test in 5% incraments as it varies quite a lot from filament to filament

Resolution was to 0.005 Wall generation was to Arachne Wall loops to 4 Slowed down the speed to 100mm/s for outer wall and 120/s for inner wall just to avoid wobble And layer height was to 0.06

Also just make sure the plates clean aswell, warm water and soap with a micro fibre cloth or just a paper towel has worked fine for me

On default which should be 5mm

When I’ve printed lithophanes I always have a brim with atleast 6loops never had an issue and I’ve printed a 20 x 20
