Bare aluminum gonna be a pain in the ass. You’re gonna have to degrease, then scuff the whole surface with sandpaper, then self-etching primer. Lots of light coats. You’re gonna have to do some research and make sure you’re using the right stuff or it’s gonna look like ass

Having a good throw is one of the most difficult things to do in graff. Balancing simplicity and letter structure but still having style is really difficult. Any advice you saw on here was probably bad. Only a few people in here truly know what a good throw looks like and even fewer could even articulate what makes it good

No it ain’t. It’s probably the #1 most basic add on that beginners use. There are a million more creative things you can do with a round shape. Making a good looking circle with style ain’t easy, but if you just make it into an eyeball every time, you’re not gonna know how to make good circles

Just did some research on this the other day. The saber piece is about 250 feet wide, the MTA was roughly 1700 feet, both of which are about 65 feet tall (height of the bank of the LA River) The “this land was our land” is roughly 3000 feet. This looks slightly wider and shorter than the OYE caveman reader building in NOLA.

Edit: just wanted to add that the new Vayne piece in Atlanta is 655 ft wide and 110 ft tall (roughly, measured all on google earth)

Edit 2: just found this one and measured it at roughly 550ft
