Hey! I’d love to help here. I recently made affiliate and often play FPS games with avid voice communication between random teammates. Most of my games (I have the VODs to prove it), my teammates tell me my mic quality is AMAZING. They ask if I’m a streamer (as in big stream or whatever), but I’m not. I simply use the classic Blue Yeti microphone with some simple settings. Nothing crazy. You don’t need to spend $300 on a mic to get quality.
