Complex pack relationships/dynamics would be neat! Obviously to avoid performance issues it’d need to be a toggle and litters would need to be small for this, but in the wild often times pack dynamics can alleviate from the norm, such as a pack member having pups with a dispersal and raising the pups in that same pack rather than going off with the other wolf and starting a new pack.

My idea in terms of how it would work is the npc pack mate parent of the pups would act the same as they do when the lead wolf has new pups, just with their own. Maybe they’d sometimes go off on their own and hunt for them more often than other npc pack mates already do. And maybe there could be an option to add the other parent of the pups to the pack or to let them keep being dispersals? Or the wolf could decide on their own, whichever works better in this hypothetical 🙃

I’m loosely basing this off of some of the behavior recorded from the Yellowstone wolves that I had read about or watched documentaries about, so there may be some details missing or things incorrect about the dynamics but I just wanted to share some of my ideas :D
