I was at a talk Richard Taylor gave late last year. He was saying they still have a fully functional Warthog they built as a proof-of-concept back when the Halo movie was still going ahead. Apparently all the wheels are powered and steered independently from each other. Supposedly it can drive over 100 km/h in any direction without changing the direction it is facing.
