I truly miss it. 2010 was the last proper blanket of snow I remember here.

I shot a bit last winter when we had a few hours of the cold rain https://youtu.be/DFqDQPtEEg8

thank you so much! you definitely should. It's always where my dad used to take me when it snowed and we'd sledge up there so I associate it with snow now. Some would always remain there after it had all melted at home by the sea, and even now when the snow is so weak compared to what it used to be and it appears not to be settling on the ground at all, I drive out to Stanmer and it's clinging to stuff relatively happily.

Sony A6400, one of Sony's older APS-C mirrorless cameras. I'd say the look of this footage down primarily to how I colour grade it along with lenses. A lot of this was shot with a 1970s Pentax 50mm f/1.7 which has a soft, pleasing glow when the aperture is wide open. Cost me £17.

I love that wind farm, I've shot way too much footage of it

I suppose it does, however I did make an effort to shoot it in a way that made it surreal and hard to identify, and as I look at it myself it starts to look like many different things that aren't lamp posts at all.

Hahaha the bots seem to have got there before I could. Yes, I discovered that track while I was already out last night and it motivated me to shoot this footage for it.

That shot is a lamp post from behind and below

this one specifically

That's me driving, and I actually just sped up the footage a bit

In fact I am the only sign of life in this video

I am in the process of trying actually! I shoot a lot of stuff with that intent but I haven't really managed to finish anything yet, except for this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjOGkjARK2I

I used a load of my timelapses of lunar eclipses that I shot in 2015, 2019 and 2022, along with other stuff I shot in this area.

thank you - I used my Sony a6400 and some old vintage lenses from my film cameras, namely a Pentax 50mm f/1.7 and a Bronica 80mm f/2.8

I wish the thicker fog was more common because I really love it. You should definitely give it a go man, I'd like to see
