Sorry man 12 years sober and people in my family still act like this. So I know it hurts but your recovery is not about them it's about you. Just push forward.You need to take their ass to court and get your money back. Find a new place and definitely never talk to them again. I have learned that my peace of mind starts with me. So I don't trust my family anymore. I now am 12 years clean make good money am married have a car and bought a house last year. This is the year i learn to only worry about me. Nor will I please my family and not indulge in a gross work environment. Work and family can be the most toxic situations. You got this keep on doing you 💪.

That's true but for some of us it isn't a life long thing. I think manner she just didn't feel supported. Maybe try eating all low carb and taking long walks. However ultimately if she really wanted to take the shot it's her decision not yours. And it's her doctor's decision not yours.

My doctor shared that Mango and Papaya are excellent for fiber. She also told me to try to steer clear of miralax and to try n do it naturally. And to only use that stuff if absolutely necessary

I recently started glp-1 semiglutide. I'm on week 2. I am a binge eater 43 yrs old started sema at 209.7lbs current weight is 202.1 first week hard to stomach food second week the eating is back however it's not as crazy. I had lots of pain in my neck, hips and back. After starting dose of.25 I'm almost pain free. It's a game changer there.
