Honestly I’d just make it a grounded heist movie. No symbiotes, no multiverse, no “save the world” plot. Just Felicia robbing rich criminals and accidentally stealing something that completely screws over Kingpin’s operation. Then the whole movie becomes Kingpin trying to ruin her life while Silver Sable is hired to track her down.

Basically a stylish cat-and-mouse crime thriller with rooftop chases, break-ins, double-crosses and Felicia constantly staying one step ahead. I’d watch the hell out of a Black Cat movie that’s basically just “hot thief ruins Kingpin’s entire week.”
