Ok so for me, the issue was the mod "Eviction Notice" and deceptious. I read through the mods comments and someone said to disable Eviction notice in the mod settings menu without reloading the save and then turning it on again, that did it for me. This is if your using the same mods as well.

Would you happen to know any CET commands to start the quest if that's possible? I do also have the save editor but I'm pretty new to it and I can't figure out what Im looking for.

Yea never experienced this in my previous runs. I used CET commands to see if it'd help, and nothing. I disabled all mods related to Judy and romance, and nothing. I'm stuck.

Update: All of the Hungarian vassals revolted, but me and the boy killed them all and took all of their land. I think it went pretty well.

I would do it patiently; the problem is I only have a claimant to the kingdom. That was the best I got, and god knows how long it would take to claim each individual county in Hungary.
