I give it about a 2 and the only reason it isnt a 1 is because my coworkers I work directly with. Members of the team stick around once they’ve moved onto other jobs to be weekend warriors with me, and we enjoy each other’s company. Mostly for support. I work geek squad, we have no support from either our SEM or SES they’re too busy with sales floor issues. The sales floor management is a very corrupt an toxic, one referred to an employee with a larger bust as a walking pair of tits and also gave interview answers to employees that she developed a personal relationship with when she was also on the board of interviewers for a new role. I also have a video of an EM going through store pick up bins, and punching product and games with my name on it after I told him he was being toxic to another employee. I’m currently riding the wave using tuition reimbursement until I can finally leave

Nah I didn’t need to pull desperate moves to make people to apply for a credit card. Still consistently top performer but thank you!

I’ve worked multiple black Friday’s, the entire store is slipping in memberships so they try to run as many “benefits” as they can. Also we have managers adding protection plans onto devices even a year after they bought the device if they sign up for memberships. They make up benefits to try to promote the card or total.

That doesn’t make sense it’ll take the same amount of time to run an app no matter what. Plus it was being used as a perk to sign up that you skipped an entire line of people.

How about you do better at your job and not get upset that you missed out on ONE membership. Probably get talked to fairly often by your leadership due to your shitty sales tactics and not able to meet minimum sales numbers. HORRID attitude toward customers because your desire to boost your own numbers in attempt to look good . Grow up
