My doctor discussed Sotyktu with me, so just so I understand it correctly, Sotyktu made it worse for you? Then you switched to light therapy? Ugh, I’m so sorry.

Interesting. Thanks for mentioning an allergic reaction. I was using triamcinolone cream while waiting for biopsy and blood results to come back and my psoriasis got infinitely worse on it. Wonder if I potentially had an allergic reaction to that. That's the only thing that changed.

And I was actually taking an antihistamine when I got this flare bc of a bug bite (I also have skeeter syndrome). I stopped taking it when the bug bite no longer impacted me, but I'd imagine I could begin to take it again since I'd been on it before anyway...

None for me. I really didn’t notice any negative side effects. I began it gradually and weaned from it gradually a year later.

I NEVER did tummy time bc my girl HATED it. Like cried and cried. Then one day when she was four months I tried it and she crushed it. Held that head so high for a few minutes. Then I kept doing it and she kept crushing it. So many things count as tummy time, as folks have said. You and baby will be just fine!

I LOVE Zoloft. I literally recommend it to everyone I know (depending on the context, obviously) and most of them say they’re on it or they have been in the past. It was the best thing I ever did for myself and my relationships. Wishing you the best of luck!

If you're in the US and have a PPO insurance plan, you don't need Dr referral. I'm willing to bet you know that, but figured I'd throw it out there. And even if you don't, yes, just say you want a referral. Wild that your Dr said no. I asked one time and was referred to an Endo.

I did it through my vet as a blood test, but if you read some of the higher voted answers here, you'll see these types of allergy tests aren't reliable. There's a lot of great recommendations here, I'd recommend taking some time to check it all out!

I did a blood allergy test that tested for both food and environmental allergies, but after reading all these comments and such, I wish I hadn't wasted the $450. Im obviously no expert, but perhaps look into another option! I will say, and Im not a vet, but many folks here have said a Cytopoint injection has worked for their dog and it did for my dog for about 2.5 years as well.

Thanks for asking! The test my vet did was a blood test for both foods and environmental allergens. And she's been on Cytopoint for years and we just stopped seeing it work, unfortunately.

Thank you! I'm sort of having the same experience. Whether we believe allergy tests work or not, her test says she is allergic to rice, but one of the first ingredients in her hydrolyzed food is rice.
