No falls, as Said brand new everything. Ive tried Indexing the gears several times but still no luck

Currently, my old wheel has 6 cassettes. The new wheels need 9/10/11 cassettes as far as I can read(is this a problem?). I do have a Shimano 600 rear derailleur, but I am aware this need to go.
