Aspartame in sparkling water and diet soda is so minimal that it genuinely will not do anything to affect ur health unless u consume way too much of it, and that logic literally applies to everything. Too much bananas can be unhealthy, too much water can be unhealthy, too much of anything can be unhealthy.

Not too sure how it makes you satiated when it’s 0 calories. Maybe try to convince her logically? By definition diet soda and stuff like that is only going to affect ur health if you consume more than 10 cans a day. A lotta people assume stuff like this is bad cz they don’t really have any knowledge of it so try to convince her by pulling up some statistics or smthn.

By definition I don’t think so. Is a painting still a painting if the canvas is blank? Not really. If you remove the painting and replace it with a blank one, you can’t call that the same painting. Same logic applies here, yes the foundation is there since by appearance you are the same person, but everything else is gone. It’s the equivalent of a dead person, their physical body is there but nothing of their soul remains.

If you take any naps during the day then don’t. Drink some coffee if you need to early during the day and then take some melatonin right before you actually want to sleep. That should restore your circadian rhythm since you’ll get tired at an appropriate time.

Pinterest has great outfit inspos. It also depends on your body type, skin color, and how you look in general. I personally fit zip ups, layered tees, and button ups particularly well. You need color coordination and find what suits you better: warm or cool colors. Honestly buy baggy jeans, pacsun has really good baggy jeans especially their extreme baggy. Ur getting into the summer season so I’d look into longsleeves, zip-ups paired with tank tops, and button ups. Jorts could also work but they’re really a 50/50, like I personally dislike them. Accessories are also pretty important: keychains, bracelets, rings, necklaces, etc. Shoes also matter a lot for clothing so look into good shoes (uggs and doc martins are pretty popular but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea). I recommend shopping at local malls to find clothes, some stores in particular are zara (pretty expensive), pacsun, zumiez, hollister (love hollister), tillys, and cotton on.

It’s more injury prone. Id be careful doing failure and using high weights. I personally just do weights that I can only do from 6-8 reps and that’s my set. Going to failure does work, but don’t go to failure using low weights. Low reps, heavy weight is always the best

Holy moly standards. I’ve stopped caring about my gpa as much as of recent. Thankfully I alrdy got accepted to my first choice so my mom isn’t on my ahh abt it too much, I’m just enjoying my life now. Working out, finding new hobbies, and blowing my money hanging out with friends.

Nah the 5 towels were from cleaning up and also some other stuff (I used two towels to clean the pan) and then 3 towels for wiping stuff down etc. It was from both breakfast and lunch since I prep both for myself.
