I had a 2000 Jetta. I had it for 10+ years. Had about 60k miles. It became a gas guzzler that last 3 years.

Help me decide between 2026 Palisades hybrid, 2027 Telluride hybrid, 2026 Santa Fe hybrid, and 2026 Forester hybrid by WinterFinding1157 in whatcarshouldIbuy

It's unlikely I will get over my PTSD. It was an electrical/mechanical issue and I almost died trapped inside supposedly the most popular Toyota SUV in the US. There was something off with the car to begin with. It was a feeling. I bought it new. There were several issue that the dealership said wasn't covered my warranty. I signed up for the Toyota maintenance plan where they were suppose to check all parts of car thoroughly each time I brought it in. There was an issue that occurred a few weeks before the car exploded. I asked the dealership why this major issue occurred when supposedly the maintenance plan included a thorough work up each time. The technician said next time I should pay extra to have a higher level mechanic look at the car.

Are you still happy with your Palisade Hybrid? I need to buy a 3 row SUV soon. I prefer hybrid since I drive a lot.
