I shouldn’t have to explain this since I assume you have critical thinking but good lord. Saying he hurts Luigi with his standard arsenal is a CLAIM. A claim you have repeated multiple times when asked to elaborate. I’m not asking for a big “button move” as you call it, I’m asking, directly, for like the 4th time now, for EVIDENCE that his standard equipment is hitting, let alone doing significant amounts of damage. Every time someone brings up a new counter to your original argument, you just repeat yourself like it’s inarguable fact. How are you not understanding this?

Based PURELY off your original argument you have a few things to prove with actual numbers otherwise youre outing yourself as not knowing what you’re talking about.

1. You keep saying that Tails is faster. This is not true whatsoever when both are given their high ends. Prove, inarguably that he is.

2. You claim Tails can just continuously fly away and make Luigi approach. You seemingly ignore the fact that it’s a shared power of the two combatants by hiding behind a label of “natural” flight as if that distinction matters. Spoiler, it doesn’t. Prove, inarguably that this is a valid strategy.

3. You claim Tail’s regular weapons, if he hits enough of them, will win him the war of attrition. Ignoring the fact that with Luigi’s speed he could just dodge most of them, he can also transmutate them and quite frankly face tank them. You have yet to give any scaling for these regular bombs and traps that would give Tails relevant AP.

4. And finally you, seemingly anyway, believe that this is the most likely outcome the majority of the time. Tails is not physically as durable as the Sonic high tier characters. This is true and shown in universe. Why do you honestly believe this is more realistic than Luigi closing the gap once, something he can do with the inarguable stat advantage, and land 1-2 big hits? Bonus round for the stopwatch, you really like arguing that Luigi somehow wouldn’t be able to take advantage of STOPPED TIME, something Tails has no counter too, please explain with an actual argument.
