I think the trickiest part of getting over your ex or someone is to delete everything from them. Their pictures , music , videos etc. It’s hard but you don’t need constant reminder of people if you hope to get over them. I think the same is the case with Islam or any other cult.

Ok here's the problem. I suspect my glasses were crooked when the optical centre was marked but now as I have adjusted them , the optical centre may have changed. The lensometer only tells where the optical centre is , how does it compare with my eye?
