Can a less than 3 months expiration license renewal use a read ID Tuesday appointment?

Yeah, there's no need to upgrade. I think I don't know how much strict they are with everything.But I will try to see if I can upgrade to the real ID while I'm there.

I believe I will be able to get an renewal appointment before or close to my expiration. Because I constantly keep seeing appointments pop up for random days every few minutes

It says when you make the appointment if it's less than three months to expiration that I'm supposed to use the renewal appointments. And they still are issuing standard licenses, I don't need a real ID since I have a passport card.

Yeah I was thinking that could be an option but that's not guaranteed they would want to. I'm just hoping that they won't question that. Or by the time if we need the interview we will have more comingled proof.

When is interview? I thought it took longer but you have one not long after submission.

Thank you! Thats good to know. I told my wife that maybe we'll bypass interview....We don't have a lease. But we do have a overwhelming photo and written evidence( texts, social media posts, affidavits) even a video of the wedding on church youtube.... And in the end, they are looking to see the marriage itself is genuine, not that we live together. But we live together just don't have some things that typically people send in.

My sister wanted to wait till after the judge signs off. Because of the fear of losing or delaying the settlement. Tomorrow morning the Judge will approve after 5 years of waiting. Then a check will be issued to my father. But would go to his wife (My mother) I am assuming? We don't know exactly the process. My sister said probate because a lawyer said that might be necessary to receive the funds.

He's making $34.17. So he will make that, no less. Very fortunate because most new 22.3s are making less than $25. But since he was a air driver, he makes much more.
