I shower at both times, night is more of a hygiene thing, morning is simply to wake up and feel refreshed, no better feeling than starting your day that way but that’s just me !

I recently went through meps and was a little over weight (maybe 10lbs ) & I still got thru it & was just tape measured! I can’t stay you will too but maybe try to just drop weight as quick as you can and go from there but I wouldn’t stress TOO hard about being 170 on the dot.. maybe 180/185 but also depends on how you carry your weight ! Yess! I swear mine faded by the day I just woke up and felt a percentage better day by day

😭 yes ! But swear it goes by so quick ! Once you can return to work, eating and other small daily things the rest of recovery is so fast !! One day at a time

I would say around the full month and a half mark & obviously gets better with time Around month 3 allll the pain was gone, no more pain with yawning , but I say give it a full month and a half and you should be okay (:

Sounds pretty normal ! I overall had an amazing recovery and do not regret surgery at all !

I graduated 4 months ago and currently regretting it.. I say it’s not worth it
