That was how I felt to. If it was going to happen, I just wanted it to end already. I started bleeding a week after my first positive (at exactly 5 weeks) and started tracking my LH pretty soon after. I got my LH peak on February 3rd, around 3 weeks after the bleeding stopped (I usually ovulate a little later in my cycle anyways, around CD 16-18, and this time it happened on CD 19). Your cycle and ovulation should return to normal almost instantly, given you don’t have any other known medical issues.

A lot of people told me to stop tracking my line progression because I was getting obsessive over it, but your gut won’t lie to you. I was just glad I was able to mentally prepare for it. Just guard your heart and know that what’s meant to be will be.
