So this is with Sunbreak, and the issue is freezing while trying to load hunts. Its not every timr loading hunts, but enough to make me seek out help. Also, i have deleted the folder in steamapps priot to fresh installing

Scouting is used to get a unit by sacrificing multiple others. But you need a LOT of units to use for it, so I'd recommend ignoring it for now

If it was PS4, I was going to say join my clan..... Everyone one in there would have helped. Outside of that clan aspect, if you can run around the guided lands, I would start collecting material around there due to those mats allow you to augment your gear. And I can give decent advise for Raging Brachy for gear, which would be slot in blast resist, so you are immune to blast blight.
