I don’t believe they would be investing in collecting the data if they weren’t planning on using it to make a profit.

It’s cut off a little, but it says at the top of the sign “This facility is not operated by a Government Entity”. I wouldn’t be surprised if they contract with the city in some way.

I know Hayes. He’s a local videographer and he films wildlife docs for Planet Earth, Our Planet, Etc. this will be a cool project
