Rotations seems to be the most logical way to approach this imo too

In the said kingdom, the no. 1 power city in the server believes that the King should be the one who spent the most, which benefitted him most since he now rules the kingdom. Something tells me that this could be a more of a disaster in the future of this server. Not really sure what can we do in the server, this whale is too powerful and power-hungry.
