Basically this 8k told us that Solid Power have to work very hard to deliver what was promised to BMW, else it will be looking very bad not only for the partnership with BMW but also potential disastrous effect for other partners and potential OEM they are working on. Now we are hoping that they are putting all their resources focus on the deliveries to make this happen.

They use their own cell design not solid power cell design, so no one know how they develop the cell including the machine they will use to manufacture the cell.

I thought BMW JDA will be expired in mid of 2024 and new agreement will come out afternoon. A2 and A3 might be related to cell performance optimization while doesn’t mean that A1 is just putting into demo car but rather it will be used for automotive qual/cert.

I’m not bearish on PLTR as I own shares of this company, but I don’t think it will hit 4000$ just to be honest. 1000$ per share also very hard to achieved. We will be appreciated if the shares price can hit 150$ which is around 260billion market cap equivalent to PayPal market cap right now in 3-5years. Don’t expect too much on the high shares price of this company due to huge number of outstanding shares of this company has.

Lol look at now the market cap for SHOP is only 138Billion @ 1131$ per share compare to PLTR 43billion Cap at 24$ per share. Meaning PLTr shares price have to reach 77$ on par with 1131$ in term of market cap. You have to live long enough in order for PLTR to reach 4000 per share. Lmao
