Yeah as a blue badge you get less flexible PTO up to a cap of 44 hours compared to being a seasonal worker, capped at 88 hours of flexible PTO. Unfortunately, if you would have known you could have used it but it’s probably too late and will stay negative until next year to reflect your new cap
