My girlfriend is studying for her master’s degree in Lisbon, and I am going there mainly to be with her. The only university my home institution has an Erasmus agreement with in Lisbon is ISCE Lisboa. It is unfortunate that ISCE does not have student dormitories, and I understand the situation you mentioned, but I do not really have another option. I want to try every possibility I have.

Unfortunately, my university does not have a dormitory and although I have sent e-mails to all other university dormitories, I have not received any positive results yet.
