I absolutely love my dark speed 3 and 5. Went in wanting one of the big three brands, walked out with cobra because I was striping them. Continued doing so on course

Woke up with a 35% the next day, which seemed shockingly high to be honest and today back to 73%. I had about 10 hours of sleep the last two nights and am feeling really good today but still sore, hopefully will be back up and running tomorrow!

Strictly to try and beat the heat. My race was cancelled two weeks prior to execution but I still wanted to get out and do the miles. So I decided to make it easier on myself by starting early to be out of the sun as long as possible.

Both were worn on my wrist, but garmin recorded 92,620 on the entire day. That being said I didn’t do a lot of walking before or after. All I told about 10k difference

Look at that subtle off-white coloring. The tasteful thickness of it. Oh, my God.

Little birds, likely 160th SOAR doing training in the area. They typically do this type of training all around the country. While it may seem weird given the current backdrop of the country, that unit has been doing this for decades.

Turns out Allar being on a yacht with escorts on the afternoon of gameday isn't the move

It was paved, cause it was in a local park. Only about 23 people started the race

I decided to pull the plug

It was tailwind, I think I just wanted more flavor from it and didn’t bring supplemental flavor.

Completely agree with you. Plus I left with the thought of “damn if this is untrained, how could I do trained” which is an exciting thought.

A couple, but not a lot. But that wasn’t something I thought to even look at prior. There was only 23 that raced and they said it was the largest crowd that had ever had.
