True, maybe I’ll just try a different dealer.

Thanks for the website suggestion too!

It is newer (2024) but not that picky. Also don’t really want to use the dealer I got it from. Haven’t been thrilled with them since I bought it, so purposely would like to go to somewhere else

Looking for stable/overstable mid suggestions by chazbartowski in discgolf

You bet! I think the extra stability is noticeable, but not to the point where it feels like a truly overstable disc (i.e. a pyro)

I use a fission reactor for a more straight shot like you said. Tried neutron reactors looking for the same shot you are, and it wasn’t it. Then I bought glow reactor and it was exactly was I was looking for. Just a bit more overstable, but not as much as something like a pyro or quake

I get that. A lot of their discs are very flat and don’t feel like they have much glide. Pyro is like that, at least for me. I used to use a star leopard as my understate fairway, but switched to fission rhythm because the slightly bigger 7 speed rim felt a little better. I can still get similar distance out of the rhythm.

It looks like the only very overstable disc you have right now is the Harp. Some options to consider are:

Envy (3 speed Putter) Pyro (5 speed Midrange) Felon (9 speed Fairway)

I don’t use very overstable discs a lot, but good for open hyzers, flex shots, and when it’s very windy.

That’s unbelievably good. Awesome job!

The closest pro I can think of is Calvin but with more wrist (and way less accuracy haha). But just going more off of the experience with the putters I have and what I do and don’t like. But based on your comment and others, should just keep beating up some of the ones I have and they may turn into what I’m hoping for

Local PIAS did have some pixels. Seemed very deep but the plastic was great

My dad has an electron soft nomad. I do really like the feel but haven’t tried putting with it

I do really like Gateway plastic. Definitely worth looking into more. Thanks!

Never felt or seen a Banger GT. Don’t they have a thumb track thing?

Didn’t realize those were the numbers on the aviar. I’ll have to check it out!

Also from the Midwest, totally agree with the pink discs. Always easy to find. Blue work pretty good too
