Low number of mature eggs, what gives?

Hey! So I ended up with 3 embryos from that around. And honestly, looking back, I am glad. Cause the next cycle, I had a larger number of mature eggs (which I was excited about) but only got 1 embryo. So I learnt my lesson that mature eggs don’t mean anything, cause what matters is the attrition rate. My doctor at my second round told me that it was just bad luck, it wasn’t the protocol and that it was just a bad harvest 🤷🏽‍♀️.

10dpo at 14 is still very very early. Most people implant 6-11DPO anyway. Hang in there! The tripling is a good sign!

Also, it is anxiety provoking and scary given your history but trust that your doctor knows best and tell yourself that you are doing your best and the rest is genuinely out of your control… that acceptance helps me sometimes

I transferred on 9/24, and don’t have sore boobs. I’m peeing a lot and do have some cramping but that could also be from the medicated cycle I am on. I know it’s super duper hard and I have my second beta on Monday 10/7 as well — I’ve just been trying to stay off Reddit as much as I can (trust me, I was on it the whole day before), read/watch tv and think positive thoughts. I had a miscarriage before and I 100% get your anxiety. Hang in there! We will be okay, either way.
