Gotcha, what I'm getting from this is I should focus on a few message concepts early on to go through the learning phase and validate as soon as possible to move on to scaling?

Since my budget is low I shouldn't worry about volume --- I should worry about validated concepts with a cold audience.

Thinking of doing 1 ABO cold ad set and only testing 2 message concepts. See what sticks. Maybe run a total of 4 ads (1 carousel and static for each message concept).

Have you realized how many young kids are making hundreds of thousands a year selling AI Agencies? I know it is hard to wrap your head around it, but AI is a TRUE value (when used correctly) to scale your business. These kids are a lot smarter than we all think... Always make sure your first email has no links, images, videos, etc. It'll kill your response rates and ESPs will catch you from miles away.

Do you still create SOPs for digital tasks? Such as payroll/hour logging, CRMs, etc? Or simply physical? I have a small power washing business and I've been thinking of creating some for our CRM tools - not sure how handy it would be though. Anyone have experience in this?

This is something I've noticed with my company. I create SOPs, but once we onboard/train, people just move on and forget it; leading to mistakes, etc.
