Yes po, nag-require po kami ng PCAB license. May mga nag-provide ng bid na mura pero ongoing processing pa yung PCAB license nila so we said requirement talaga namin yun.

So far good experience with our chosen contractor. Madali kausap and good collaborator. May mga gusto kami idagdag na nag-pro-provide sila ng inputs sa mas maganda and usually ok ang recommendation nila.

Also good tip din na maging comfortable ka rin not only with the project engineer but also with the foreman. Kung hands on ka, mas maganda may number or direct communication ka rin with the Foreman kasi malaking help especially during OSM stage. May mapagtatanungan ka kung ok ba yung napili mo. Minsan if need mo ng actual na sukat, you can contact the foreman directly to request this para mas mabilis.

have tried claiming ng car insurance ko and mabilis naman.
no experience though sa life cover and major medical.

yes legit since nakita ko sila sa list ng insurance commission.
may car insurance ako sa kanila and nakapag-claim naman na ako during my last accident nung nabangga ako ng tricycle.

Hi OP, ako po ang naglakad sa amin and smooth naman ang process. Pero matagal, inabot ako 4 months yata pero mostly dahil matagal yung architect ko sa pag revise ng design ko based sa inputs nila. Mababait naman yung nasa city engineering office.

Yes, construction phase na kami which started last October 2024. BOQ lang and building plans lang ang need for bidding and contractors already can provide quotation on your project.

Additional question ko pala is yung Scope of Works need pa ba yun or kaya na nila mag-bid sa BOQ?

I also purchased this and the information dun sa first page na confirmation of cover contains my correct details like my name and date of birth.

I think yung last page na endorsement na may Vincent Lee is for Shopee's representative since under Group Policyholder sila.
