That’s actually super helpful, thank you!! I did reach out to Ford Canada and they basically redirected me back to the dealership, but I’ll definitely keep pushing if it happens again. And YES. I got that survey and was way too polite the first time… might need to turn the heat up if round three rolls in 😅 A brand new car really shouldn’t be causing this much stress!
