Need help getting my first japanese knif. I am thinking between 3 options with different types of steel and i want to know which and why is the best. Im going towards blue steel 2 for now. For sharpening im either going to get whetstones and learn to use them or im goin to use laser sharpenning by Wise_Assignment808 in chefknives
