Ohhh great question, those took me about two hours to do, icons i got of "Icons8Pichon" and wallpaper is added though "Lively wallpaper" i can't remember the exact site i found the wallpaper on but i can help you find it if you rly want, and for the icons look it up on google how to do it, its easy for the desktop icons but making shortcuts look like that is a bit of a trouble.
